Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and customer experience? Phirst Park Homes is looking for a dedicated Turnover Specialist to join our team in Laguna. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued homebuyers as they transition into their new homes.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every turnover experience is seamless, professional, and reflects the premium quality of Phirst Park Homes. By coordinating closely with our Technical Operations Group, you will oversee the inspection, rectification, and move-in processes, ensuring every unit meets our high standards before the keys are handed over.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate the smooth turnover of residential units to homebuyers in accordance with company timelines.
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure units meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Technical Operations Group to track, monitor, and expedite the rectification of unit defects.
- Guide homeowners through the move-in process, ensuring all documentation and unit walkthroughs are completed accurately.
- Manage requests regarding minor unit renovations, providing clear guidance on house rules and structural limitations.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with buyers, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and process necessary turnover documents, including punch-listing and certificates of acceptance.
- Monitor site progress and update internal management systems on the status of unit turnovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate turnover, property management, or customer service.
- Strong technical aptitude with a keen eye for identifying construction defects or finishing issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle client feedback professionally.
- Ability to work in the field (Laguna area) and manage multiple units simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management/tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
- Must be willing to report to Calauan or Calamba, Laguna.
