Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize product concepts.
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in UI/UX design, preferably within the Fintech, Transport, or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects.
