Tanggung Jawab
- Lead UI/UX engineering for digital platforms serving Commodities and Global Markets business units
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement responsive, accessible front-end solutions
- Develop pixel-perfect interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Optimize applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive continuous UX improvements
- Maintain and scale component libraries for consistent design systems
- Integrate with backend APIs to deliver real-time data visualizations
- Adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and financial industry compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX development experience in financial technology
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS interface implementations
- Experience with design systems (Figma, Storybook) and component-driven development
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git)
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js) in financial contexts
