As the Finance Lead, you will take full ownership of the accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. This onsite role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day leadership. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, streamlining processes, and acting as the primary financial advisor to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management and development of the Philippines finance team, including recruitment and training.
- Design and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes compliant with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions and drive profitability.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACA/CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proven experience in building and scaling finance teams from scratch.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite in Pampanga, Central Luzon, on a full-time basis.
