Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of UK-based accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
- Conduct professional outbound calls to customers to discuss payment options and account status.
- Provide empathetic and solution-oriented support to customers experiencing financial difficulties.
- Negotiate realistic repayment plans while adhering to UK debt collection regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all account interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular status updates to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex disputes or payment issues.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Collections, BPO, or Customer Service (UK accounts preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work night shifts or flexible schedules aligned with UK business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs).
