Join Citadel Travel & Tours as a UMRAH Mutawif cum Sales Staff and play a pivotal role in connecting pilgrims with their spiritual journey while driving business growth. This unique dual-role position combines deep religious guidance with strategic sales execution, allowing you to provide exceptional service to pilgrims while contributing to the company's revenue targets. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the Umrah experience, from pre-departure preparations to on-ground support in Makkah and Madinah, while actively promoting and selling our comprehensive Umrah packages to new and returning clients. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Islamic rituals, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales within the travel or hospitality sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Guide pilgrims throughout the entire Umrah journey with religious knowledge and compassionate support
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly Umrah package targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and ground operators for seamless logistics
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure compliance with Saudi religious protocols
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive packages
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in company CRM systems
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to expand customer base
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with strong communication skills
- Valid Umrah Mutawif certification or equivalent religious knowledge qualification
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Malaysian passport with willingness to obtain necessary travel documents
