Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of policy information into the underwriting system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all underwriting documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of insurance policy documents and certificates.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of client records and historical data.
  • Process premium adjustments and ensure billing accuracy in alignment with policy terms.
  • Monitor underwriting inboxes to ensure timely responses to broker and client inquiries.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects and reporting tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation with high accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
