In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our underwriting operations. You will be responsible for managing the seamless flow of incoming submission emails from our valued broker partners, ensuring that data is accurate, processed timely, and handled with the highest level of professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and manage a high volume of incoming submission emails from internal and external broker partners.
  • Conduct initial review of insurance documentation to ensure all required fields are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with brokers to request missing information, ensuring a smooth transition to the underwriting review process.
  • Maintain and update internal tracking systems and databases with real-time submission status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and data processing accuracy.
  • Support the underwriting team by preparing administrative summaries and organizing submission files for technical review.
  • Participate in team meetings to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or back-office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management systems.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a significant advantage.
