Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by actively engaging with guests and understanding their clothing needs.
- Execute efficient inventory management, including receiving shipments, processing stock, and replenishing sales floor displays.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring merchandise is organized, clean, and styled according to UNIQLO guidelines.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, exchanges, and returns.
- Support promotional activities and store events to achieve daily sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting teammates during peak store hours.
- Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by retail operations.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift or move merchandise when necessary.
