Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize, stock, and display merchandise according to UNIQLO visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and fitting room at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are welcome.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 lbs).
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
