Permata Bank is seeking a high-caliber Unit Head – Regulatory System Engineering to lead our mission-critical technology initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex banking regulations and robust engineering solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and maintenance of high-performance regulatory reporting systems, ensuring strict adherence to OJK, Bank Indonesia, and global financial standards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in agile software development, a deep understanding of data governance, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, security, and operational excellence within the banking sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design and delivery of regulatory technology solutions.
- Ensure 100% compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory mandates through automated technical systems.
- Define the architectural roadmap for regulatory system engineering, prioritizing scalability, data integrity, and security.
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Business units to translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end SDLC processes, implementing DevOps practices to improve deployment speed and system stability.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent data breaches or reporting delays.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the IT regulatory domain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of banking core systems and regulatory reporting frameworks (OJK/BI).
- Proven expertise in system architecture, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Information Security, and Cybersecurity protocols in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing large-scale, complex IT projects.
