Are you a visionary technology leader with a passion for banking compliance and large-scale system architecture? Permata Bank is seeking a high-caliber Unit Head of Regulatory System Engineering to spearhead our efforts in building resilient, compliant, and cutting-edge financial systems.
In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between regulatory requirements and technical implementation. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers, ensuring that our banking platforms strictly adhere to OJK, Bank Indonesia, and global financial standards without compromising on operational agility. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of financial regulations while driving digital transformation and system modernization across the bank.
As our Unit Head, you will not only oversee current regulatory reporting systems but also architect the future roadmap of our engineering ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Legal, Risk, and Digital Transformation teams—to build robust technical solutions that stand the test of audit and provide real-time reporting capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers dedicated to regulatory system development and maintenance.
- Architect and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available regulatory reporting systems.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local and international financial regulations and mandates.
- Drive continuous improvement of SDLC processes, focusing on automation, stability, and data integrity.
- Manage technical roadmap and resource allocation for regulatory-related projects.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external auditors to ensure technical controls are effective.
- Identify emerging technologies that can optimize reporting workflows and system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in the banking/fintech sector, specifically with regulatory reporting systems (e.g., OJK/BI reporting).
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud-native technologies, and database management.
- Excellent understanding of data security, compliance frameworks, and IT governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
