- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and performance goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance or financial services

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
