KPJ Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Manager to oversee our critical care operations in Damansara. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing high-acuity wards including ICU, CCU, CICU, NICU, HDU, and PICU. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of nursing professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff across ICU, CCU, NICU, and PICU departments to ensure consistent clinical standards.
- Coordinate daily unit operations, including staff rostering, equipment allocation, and workflow management.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines.
- Manage unit budget, inventory control, and supply chain logistics for critical care medications and specialized medical equipment.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives and audit unit performance against healthcare KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory healthcare regulations and hospital-wide accreditation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a critical care setting (ICU/NICU/PICU).
- Current Post-Basic certification in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent specialization is highly preferred.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and staff management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proven ability to manage high-stress situations with composure and professional integrity.
