Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily nursing operations including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards
- Lead performance management initiatives including staff training, evaluations, and professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care services and discharge planning
- Monitor unit performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget, supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Address patient concerns and ensure high standards of care delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred
- Registered Nurse license with current Malaysian Nursing Board certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, JCI standards, and nursing best practices
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and EMR software
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and foster team collaboration
