Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive research projects aligned with university strategic objectives.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and software to derive actionable insights.
- Draft high-quality research papers, policy briefs, and technical reports for internal and external publication.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior research staff and graduate assistants.
- Collaborate with academic departments and external stakeholders to secure research grants and partnerships.
- Ensure all research activities adhere to ethical standards and institutional compliance regulations.
- Present research findings at seminars, conferences, and stakeholder briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field of study from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in academic or institutional research.
- Expertise in research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or NVivo).
- Proven track record of published research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local context.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multifaceted project timelines.
