We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Door to Door Survey Officer to join our team in Novena. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our market research efforts by conducting face-to-face interviews and gathering valuable consumer insights. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to $3,300 per month with a flexible roster that accommodates your schedule.
The position requires working 5 days a week, covering a roster that spans Monday to Sunday. Shift options include 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ensuring you have time for your personal commitments. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face surveys and interviews with residents in the assigned district.
- Gather accurate data and record customer feedback using provided questionnaires.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Ensure all collected data is verified and entered correctly into the system.
- Adhere strictly to the assigned roster (11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm) including weekends.
- Report daily progress and any issues encountered to the team supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean or Singapore PR holder preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or data collection is highly desirable.
- Valid NRIC and passport required.
- Physically fit and capable of walking long distances during shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
