Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collection follow-ups.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are recorded correctly.
- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor payments as required.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Assist in budget planning and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills for handling client inquiries and internal reports.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, full-time environment.
