Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting complex laboratory experiments, assays, and analyses to support product development and quality assurance.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of experimental data, protocols, and findings in compliance with GMP standards.
- Performing routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, waste disposal regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Assisting in the preparation and standardization of reagents, solutions, and biological samples.
- Participating in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences laboratory setting.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts, with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, PCR, or cell culture is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to undergo medical examinations and vaccinations as required by the company.
