Talent Trader Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer to join our team for a critical infrastructure project involving the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and MRT Line construction. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities strictly adhere to quality standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with site supervisors and project managers to identify defects, verify material compliance, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest level of project integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality standards on LTA/MRT projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QAQC reports, including non-compliance notices and rectification works.
- Verify the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, and workmanship against approved specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure immediate rectification of any defects or safety issues identified.
- Ensure strict adherence to local construction codes, LTA guidelines, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities to provide progress updates and quality documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong experience specifically working on LTA or MRT Line projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
- Good knowledge of Singapore's building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (S-Pass/EP) or eligibility to work in Singapore.
