Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for urology medical devices within the Surabaya territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by proactively approaching urologists, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and clinical value of our urology portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and inform product development.
  • Provide post-sales support, including basic troubleshooting and coordination with technical service teams, to ensure optimal product performance and customer experience.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analyses for management.
  • Represent Revass Utama Medika at medical conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote products and network with key stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven successful experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for experience in urology or a related surgical field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market, particularly in Surabaya and East Java.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
