Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a daily or monthly basis.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain compliance with US tax regulations and assist with year-end closing processes.
- Process payroll and handle necessary tax filings for US-based entities.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and management for financial reporting needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related finance field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and multi-state tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid set-up.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
