Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries for the month-end close process.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage payroll processing and tax documentation compliance.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule.
