Tanggung Jawab
- Manage US accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, CAS, and federal/state tax regulations
- Prepare and file federal/state tax returns, supporting documentation, and tax provisions
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust compliance controls
- Provide US financial advisory support to clients on tax optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in US accounting, tax administration, or compliance
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, CAS, and tax regulations (IRS/FASB)
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client advisory interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with multinational accounting systems is a plus
