In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and maintaining strict compliance with US accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations and prepare accurate financial reports for US clients.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and timely.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial status and inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in US accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
