Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger for US operations
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and generate performance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in US accounting/tax preparation
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Deep understanding of US tax laws and GAAP standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
