New CAS LLC is expanding our remote operations and we are looking for a dedicated U.S. Accountant to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the financial health of our U.S.-based clients, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Execute accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Handle multi-state sales tax filings and assist in year-end tax preparation.
- Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to management to support business decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in U.S. Accounting/Bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero).
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
