Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for U.S.-based clients
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support tax filing requirements
- Implement and improve accounting workflows for efficiency
- Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of U.S. accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
