Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile US-based financial accounts and transactions
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash management
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and filing requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) for data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of US accounting experience
- Proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance standards
- Advanced skills in Excel and accounting software platforms
- Certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
