Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of US accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure strict adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and internal accounting policies.
- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial reports for US-based clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
- Assist in US tax compliance and reporting, coordinating with external tax consultants as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in US accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP.
- CPA certification (US CPA preferred) or equivalent professional qualification is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
