Tanggung Jawab
- Lead US accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and multi-state tax regulations
- Oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Manage financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting
- Supervise and develop accounting team members
- Implement and optimize accounting controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years US accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Expertise in US GAAP and multi-state tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks) and Excel
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- SOX compliance and internal control expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
