As the US Accounting Manager, you will be the bridge between our local operations and US financial standards. You will oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with US GAAP while maintaining the efficiency of our BPO finance department. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle US accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff, fostering professional growth.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and variance reports for senior management.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and inter-company transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and cost control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in US accounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a finance team effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
