Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP standards in all financial reporting and transactions.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US GAAP accounting.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
