Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments across US time zones.
- Handle high-volume email correspondence and professional communication on behalf of clients.
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and essential business documentation.
- Facilitate virtual meeting logistics, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and database records to ensure easy accessibility.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting with high attention to detail.
- Perform general office support tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
- Proven experience providing administrative services to US-based clients or companies.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- High level of reliability, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining proactive communication.
