Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of audit engagements for US clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality workpapers.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and audit documentation in strict accordance with US GAAP standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough internal and external audits to identify financial risks, control deficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor and develop junior auditors and team members, providing guidance on complex accounting issues and advanced audit techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and clear communication of audit findings.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Philippine regulations and international accounting standards throughout the audit process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit discrepancies, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in external auditing, with a strong focus on US GAAP and US tax regulations.
- CPA license or equivalent professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing audit teams and leading large-scale audit projects within a BPO or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify key risk areas, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to senior management and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using audit software (e.g., Caseware, ACL) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
