Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end US audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Direct audit teams in the planning, execution, and completion of audit procedures according to US GAAP standards.
- Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, document, and communicate internal control deficiencies and provide value-added recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior audit staff, providing feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Stay updated on changing US accounting standards and industry regulations to ensure firm-wide compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional audit experience, with at least 3 years specifically in US Audit/GAAP engagements.
- Strong proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in managing audit teams and overseeing large-scale engagements.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment and meet tight project deadlines.
