- Lead end-to-end US audit engagements for multinational clients, ensuring adherence to GAAP and SEC regulations
- Manage audit teams, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring deliverable timelines
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and internal control evaluation procedures
- Review and validate financial statements, identifying material misstatements and compliance gaps
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions
- Mentor junior auditors through training programs and performance feedback sessions
- Stay current with evolving US auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience with US audit focus
- Proven track record managing audit engagements for multinational corporations
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and PCAOB standards
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring audit teams
- Advanced proficiency in audit software (e.g., TeamMate, Caseware)
