Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end audit engagements for US clients, ensuring adherence to GAAP and GAAS standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of audit associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement audit plans, risk assessments, and testing procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams and US-based stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and project timelines.
- Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and internal control documentation for accuracy.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic financial advice to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US accounting regulations and tax compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in audit, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, deadline-driven projects for international clients.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with US stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.
