Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial audits for US-based clients in strict accordance with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, working papers, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy.
- Perform internal control evaluations and assess operational risks associated with financial reporting processes.
- Communicate audit findings, issues, and recommendations clearly to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of audit methodologies and industry-specific regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA licensure is highly preferred for Managerial roles.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably with US clients.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting frameworks.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (office and remote) and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts with the benefit of a 20% night differential.
