Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and optimize US employee benefits programs including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and voluntary benefits
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
- Process enrollments, life events, and terminations with 100% accuracy
- Act as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
- Conduct annual benefits open enrollment and communicate plan changes effectively
- Analyze benefits utilization data to identify cost-saving opportunities and program improvements
- Manage relationships with insurance carriers and benefits vendors
- Prepare monthly benefits reporting for leadership and finance teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of US benefits administration experience
- Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS, CBP) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of US employment laws and benefits regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits administration software
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for employee training and presentations
- Proven experience managing open enrollment processes
