Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a dedicated US Benefits Administrator to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our US-based employee benefits administration, ensuring that our workforce receives seamless support and accurate servicing for their health, wellness, and retirement programs.
As a US Benefits Administrator, you will handle complex administrative tasks, maintain accurate data in our HRIS, and act as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end administration of US employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related queries, enrollment assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Process new hire enrollments, life-status changes, and terminations in accordance with plan guidelines and legal requirements.
- Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and US regulations (e.g., HIPAA, COBRA).
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and brokers to resolve escalated claims, billing discrepancies, or vendor-related issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures for benefits administration tasks.
- Support annual Open Enrollment processes, including system testing, communication rollout, and data reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in US Benefits Administration or a similar HR operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of US insurance products and regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.).
- Proven proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to support US-based staff.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
