Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for billing and analysis? Canon Business Process Services is seeking a skilled US Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this role, you will coordinate, conduct, and document financial analysis activities and projects, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, from invoice preparation to payment reconciliation, while supporting revenue management across multiple business units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review billing statements for US accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client contracts.
- Coordinate with project managers and accounting teams to gather billing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Document billing procedures and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Communicate with US-based clients to address billing inquiries and disputes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement billing system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in billing, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably in a US-focused role.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with US clients and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and international billing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
