Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for US clients using accounting software.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and government reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account inquiries, discrepancies, and financial status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
