Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and ensure all transactions are properly categorized.
- Process payroll and handle payroll tax filings as required.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing for tax season by maintaining organized digital records.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal reporting deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, specifically for US-based clients.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero (QBO certification is a major plus).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data clearly.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Reliable home-office setup with high-speed internet for remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
