Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor client accounts for potential issues and proactively implement solutions
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and service metrics
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in client service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably with US clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
