This is a fully remote role designed for a seasoned finance professional in Metro Manila who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity SaaS environment. You will work US business hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with our US-based leadership team, and you will be a key contributor to the company's strategic roadmap.
In this high-impact position, you will take full ownership of the accounting operations, from managing the month-end close process to ensuring all financial reporting is audit-ready and compliant with US GAAP. Your expertise will be crucial as we scale, requiring strong leadership in multi-entity consolidation, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the month-end close process for multiple legal entities, ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP and tight deadlines.
- Prepare, review, and deliver timely and accurate consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Oversee the preparation of audit-ready schedules and act as the primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to mitigate risk and ensure data integrity.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and working capital optimization for the US entity.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and FP&A teams to ensure accurate ASC 606 revenue recognition and provide strategic financial analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local accounting team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects, including M&A integrations, system implementations, and process automation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager role.
- Proven expertise in US GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and financial statement preparation for a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and SaaS metrics.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Intacct, or QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Demonstrated experience managing external audit relationships from planning through completion.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote US-hours setup from Metro Manila.
