As a US GAAP Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting controllership and financial reporting activities across multiple countries. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the consolidation of financial results from multiple entities across different countries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and corporate accounting policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors during interim and year-end audits.
- Perform technical accounting research on complex transactions and document conclusions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Prepare supporting schedules and analyses for SEC filings and other regulatory reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, specifically with US GAAP financial reporting.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
