Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end onboarding programs for US-based contract workers
- Act as primary point of contact during new hire transition period (0-90 days)
- Coordinate with department heads to create customized onboarding plans
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, tools, and culture
- Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to improve employee retention
- Facilitate engagement initiatives to integrate new hires into team dynamics
- Maintain compliance documentation for international onboarding processes
- Gather and implement feedback to enhance the onboarding experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in employee onboarding or HR coordination
- Strong understanding of US labor regulations and remote onboarding best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competency
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and collaboration tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced BPO environment with competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience developing onboarding materials and training programs
