Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based contract workers, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare, collect, and process all necessary new hire documentation, including offer letters, contracts, background checks, and I-9 verification.
- Facilitate engaging virtual orientation sessions and introduction programs to foster a sense of belonging and provide essential information.
- Ensure all onboarding activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as HR, Recruitment, and Payroll to streamline processes and resolve any onboarding-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS/ATS system.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the onboarding experience to enhance efficiency and new hire satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Onboarding, HR Coordinator, or similar role, preferably supporting a US workforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements relevant to US employment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
