Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and resolve high-level customer queries regarding US payroll processing.
- Manage escalated payroll concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance standards and data privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and rectify payroll discrepancies.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients via voice, email, or ticketing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and financial adjustments in the system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll service delivery processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of solid experience in a financial, accounting, or payroll-related role.
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts, tax compliance, and financial terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented while handling escalated customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
